MCOC QuickBooks Integration

 

Internal Application

This private integration connects selected QuickBooks Online companies to internal workflows operated by MCOC Accountancy. It is used to automate bookkeeping tasks and processes triggered by subcontractor form submissions. The app is not available to the general public.
 

What the app does:

• Securely connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 authorization system.

• Reads and writes accounting data such as customers/supplier, invoices and bills.

• Automates internal processes based on specified workflows.
   

Who can use this app?
Only authorised staff members at MCOC Accountancy and nominated client representatives. Subcontractors do not interact with the QuickBooks connection directly. They only complete external forms used in internal workflows.
 

Data protection
All QuickBooks data accessed via this app is used solely for providing accounting services to the connected business. No data is shared with third parties except where required by law.
